I am a woman and a mother, an ex-gymnast, ex-nurse, and a graduate in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Bowen Therapist, who chose PILATES as a gentle but efficient form of movement. If you are interested in the prevention of illnesses or just maintenance, I am ready to offer you light physical movement, with the help of my time and experience. I am expecting along with me, people who for the rest of the time continue our work or who consider these thirty minutes completion of their plan for a balanced lifestyle.
I prefer to work one on one, in order to ensure a more relaxed and personalized framework (in which I can check and correct the movements) of each session. Thus we can take into account the particularities of each body, its own rhythm, the medical history but also the possible contraindications. I’m waiting, not only to perform some movements, but to find out where and what upsets you during the program. I prefer quality not quantity – where you can’t do it , I can adapt. We do not force, we do not exaggerate, instead we learn to focus on controlling movements and breathing; we visualize every movement performed with intention and control.
I launch my proposal to all women (and children), who understand that SUSTAINABLE LIGHT MOVEMENT is a wise choice for each of us, at any age. I do not intend to sell exercise programs, you can easily find them on the internet. Unfortunately, under certain conditions, certain movements performed without the supervision of a specialist can do more harm than good (both the type of exercise chosen and the dosage matter).
Such as choosing together, 30 minutes of easy movement, personalized and adapted to the need, as part of a health plan that also includes attention to everything that goes in and out from our bodies (food, thoughts, words , energies…).
